About the role

Join Surventis' Coatings division as an Operator Associate in Greenville, Ohio. You will play a key part in producing high‑performance automotive and industrial coatings, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations while contributing to a collaborative, self‑managed team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment safely by following established procedures.
• Work rotating 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts with minimal supervision.
• Read, record, and interpret production data, making corrective adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate with team members to meet on‑time delivery commitments.
• Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts to move totes, drums, and pallets.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the work area.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Required skills
