Operations & Visual Manager – Retail Store

About the role

The Operations & Visual Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for bringing ALO’s operational and visual strategy to life at the Perimeter Mall location. This role ensures the store is always customer‑ready, balancing inventory accuracy, labor planning, and visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational processes, including inventory counts, product deliveries, and labor scheduling.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor by using performance data to guide merchandising.
• Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to address system gaps.
• Monitor budget, expenses, and sell‑through metrics; contribute to quarterly business reviews and sales planning.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Operations & Visual team, fostering ALO’s mission and guiding principles.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient store environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support flow‑experience initiatives and achieve KPI targets.
