About the role
Pacsun is seeking a full‑time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an engaging, customer‑focused retail experience. You will help drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and uphold the brand’s values in a fast‑paced store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom to provide a safe and inviting shopping environment.
- Deliver an authentic, positive customer experience and coach team members to do the same.
- Handle customer situations in line with company policies, aiming for solutions that satisfy guests.
- Supervise the floor during non‑peak periods, covering breaks and ensuring coverage.
- Hold associates accountable to policies, procedures, and safety programs.
- Support visual merchandising standards and drive efficient store processes.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to improve associate performance.
- Communicate customer feedback to leadership to enhance overall experience.
