Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time)

About the role

Pacsun is seeking a full‑time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an engaging, customer‑focused retail experience. You will help drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and uphold the brand’s values in a fast‑paced store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom to provide a safe and inviting shopping environment.
• Deliver an authentic, positive customer experience and coach team members to do the same.
• Handle customer situations in line with company policies, aiming for solutions that satisfy guests.
• Supervise the floor during non‑peak periods, covering breaks and ensuring coverage.
• Hold associates accountable to policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Support visual merchandising standards and drive efficient store processes.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to improve associate performance.
• Communicate customer feedback to leadership to enhance overall experience.
