Operations Manager

About the role

As an Operations Manager at ConeTec, you will lead the execution of site investigation programs across a defined territory, overseeing equipment, crew deployments, field operations, safety, and reporting. You will work closely with the Business Unit Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Business Unit Manager in overseeing daily project operations.
• Plan, execute, and manage complex geo‑environmental and geotechnical investigations.
• Lead and supervise field crews, ensuring professional and safe project delivery.
• Maintain data quality and generate accurate client reports.
• Coordinate crew and equipment allocation for optimal efficiency.
• Develop project proposals, quotes, and monitor budgets.
• Foster a client‑focused culture emphasizing safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic operational plans.
• Support other Operations Managers to promote cohesive regional performance.

Required profile

• Intermediate leadership experience in field operations or site investigation.
• Proven ability to manage crews, equipment, and project budgets.
• Strong focus on safety, data quality, and client satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
