Operations Manager, Asset Protection – Fashion Distribution Center

About the role

Lead asset protection, safety, and compliance for a fashion distribution facility. Use data, automation, and technology to reduce shrink, protect people, product and property, and improve overall operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify risk, determine root causes, and track results using data and automation.
• Build dashboards, reports, and automated alerts to monitor trends and exceptions.
• Lead investigations, analyze loss trends, and drive prevention actions to reduce shrink.
• Maintain security controls such as access control systems and alarms, and ensure emergency readiness.
• Support audits and regulatory visits while maintaining environmental and OSHA compliance.
• Document SOPs/OBWs, streamline workflows, and coach continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations teams and stakeholders, communicate clearly, and influence decisions.

Required profile

• Strong data analysis and visualization abilities, comfortable with automation workflows and tools.
• Experience in asset protection, investigations, and knowledge of security controls and shrink drivers.
• Safety and compliance expertise, particularly OSHA regulations and audit readiness.
• Process‑improvement mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills.
