Operations Coordinator – Plant Tours & Events

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will manage and execute employee, customer, and commercial team tours at the West Henrietta facility. This role ensures seamless logistics, vendor coordination, and on‑site support to deliver high‑quality visitor experiences that align with corporate branding and operational priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct plant tours in partnership with Operations, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Prepare facility readiness, including badges, PPE kits, demo materials, signage, and room set‑up.
• Maintain visitor logs, NDAs, acknowledgments, and version‑controlled talking points.
• Develop and update tour guide materials, visual aids, and route maps.
• Provide post‑tour follow‑up, collect feedback, and report insights.
• Serve as primary point of contact for visitors, routing questions to subject‑matter experts.
• Coordinate travel logistics for corporate events, including ground transportation, aviation, and hotel accommodations.
• Oversee vendor management for event services such as transportation and accommodation.
