Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator supports the SSR Operations Manager by coordinating personnel allocation, equipment readiness, and operational support for offshore and subsea activities. This hybrid U.S.-based role includes occasional travel, on‑call rotation, and after‑hours support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel travel, immigration, training, certification, competency, and deployment documentation.
• Monitor training, certification, competency, travel, and immigration compliance.
• Track preventive maintenance of systems and distribute data to management and offshore teams.
• Communicate parts, tools, and system needs with other business groups.
• Manage inventory for each system, including cycle counts and accuracy.
• Oversee audit processes to ensure timely closure of system audits.
• Assist Operations with closure of non‑conformances and allocation of staff to Subsea Robotics and OPG offshore activities.
• Organize teams for operational excellence initiatives and conduct periodic site visits.

Required profile

• Three (3) years oilfield experience and/or one year personnel logistics experience.
• High School diploma, GED, or Bachelor’s degree (Science, Arts, or related field).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport and visas for international travel.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
