About the role
The Office Manager will support all centre functions and procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient property management for retailers, shoppers, vendors and internal employees. This position works both independently and collaboratively within a flexible, Teams‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative functions and maintain an organized office environment.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Oversee office equipment functionality and coordinate with IT support for technical issues.
- Create and maintain an on‑site filing system in compliance with data‑protection regulations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and mail promptly and professionally.
- Manage cash and credit‑card handling functions in accordance with company policies.
Required profile
- Proactive and detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with retailers, vendors and internal staff.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing office equipment and coordinating IT support.
