Nutrition Service Assistant – School Cafeteria (3 hrs/day)

About the role

The Nutrition Service Assistant supports the daily operation of the school cafeteria, preparing and serving meals for students while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This part‑time position works three hours each morning, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and serving of food in the cafeteria.
  • Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas according to health standards.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and district policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (proof required if hired).
  • Professional letter of recommendation with signature.
  • Resume submitted with the application.
  • Preference given to internal candidates.
  • Ability to pass TB clearance and fingerprinting pre‑employment checks.
