About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking a Night Shift Rate Clerk to join its full‑time team. The position works Monday‑Friday from 4 pm to 2 am, pays $16.00 per hour and includes vacation after 90 days plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Key responsibilities
- Rate bills accurately and efficiently.
- Answer high‑volume calls on a multi‑line phone system.
- Redirect calls to appropriate contacts.
- Work directly with clients and internal departments.
- Audit invoices for corrections.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Required profile
- Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
- Dependable and well‑organized.
- Computer literate.
- Strong office, telephone and communication skills.
