Network Messaging Administrator (Microsoft 365 & Azure)

About the role

The Network Messaging Administrator ensures the reliable operation of enterprise messaging, endpoint management, cloud and server infrastructure. This position supports Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Intune, Active Directory and virtualization technologies for a leading women’s specialty hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Online mailboxes, shared resources and email flow configurations.
• Troubleshoot mail delivery issues and enforce transport, anti‑spam and compliance policies.
• Configure and manage Intune MDM/MAM solutions across Windows, iOS and Android devices.
• Administer Azure AD users, groups, roles and access controls; support Azure security and synchronization.
• Maintain Windows Server services including AD, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Manage virtualization platforms, virtual machines and overall infrastructure performance.
• Perform operational monitoring, patching, upgrades and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Document procedures, support end‑users and stay current on Microsoft best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 and/or Azure environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with proven end‑user support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
