About the role
Kelly is seeking an experienced MSP Account Manager to lead contingent workforce programs for multiple U.S. clients. This remote, full‑time position focuses on delivering strategic staffing solutions, driving profitability, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage contingent workforce programs across diverse industries.
- Oversee program P&L for multiple MSP accounts to meet profitability targets.
- Maintain hands‑on proficiency with VMS tools (IQNavigator, Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY) for real‑time issue resolution and reporting.
- Lead and mentor account management teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Provide proactive customer service, anticipate client needs, and implement value‑added solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and detailed presentation in all program documentation.
Required profile
- 7+ years managing staffing or workforce‑solution accounts, including growth and expansion.
- Proven success in complex MSP or multi‑vendor environments.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze performance and devise growth strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership, client‑facing expertise, and conflict‑resolution skills.
