About the role
Kelly is seeking an experienced MSP Account Manager to lead and grow contingent workforce programs for multiple U.S. clients. This remote, full‑time position focuses on delivering strategic staffing solutions while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage contingent workforce programs across diverse industries.
- Oversee program P&L for multiple MSP accounts to meet profitability targets.
- Maintain hands‑on proficiency with VMS tools (IQNavigator, Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY) for real‑time issue resolution and reporting.
- Lead and develop account management teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and delivering value‑added solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and detailed presentation in all program documentation.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders at all levels to build efficiencies and strong relationships.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience managing staffing or workforce solutions accounts.
- Proven track record in complex MSP or multi‑vendor environments.
- Advanced proficiency with VMS platforms such as IQNavigator, Fieldglass, Beeline, and VNDLY.
- Strong financial acumen for performance analysis and growth strategy development.
- Demonstrated leadership, client‑facing abilities, and conflict‑resolution skills.
