Motor Repair Technician

About the role

Join Bosch Rexroth as a Motor Repair Technician and work in a fast‑paced technical service environment. You will independently handle servo motor repairs, evaluations, updates and conversions while keeping safety and customer downtime to a minimum.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair returned servo motor products.
• Convert and evaluate products according to quality requests.
• Prepare and write detailed technical repair reports.
• Fully function‑test each repaired unit, including load testing when applicable.
• Order necessary components and maintain accurate work order documentation.
• Update product inventory based on quality feedback.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including occasional overtime and weekend work.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 + year experience repairing servo motors.
• Ability to work independently with a strong focus on safety.

Required skills

• Servo motor repair (synchronous and asynchronous).
• Product testing under load.
• Technical documentation and reporting.
• Component ordering and inventory management.
