About the role

Delaware County Christian School is seeking an energetic and committed Middle School Boys Lacrosse Assistant Coach to begin in Spring 2026. The ideal candidate shares a passion for lacrosse, values sportsmanship and safety, and is dedicated to developing athletes both on and off the field while honoring the school’s Christian mission.

Key responsibilities

  • Run daily practices between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
  • Develop rosters, create game plans, and oversee their execution.
  • Organize and coach the team on game days, including driving the team van as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

  • Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with the school’s Statement of Faith.
  • Ability to communicate a Christian view of athletics.
  • Knowledge of lacrosse skills and techniques and ability to teach middle‑school athletes.
  • Experience planning and executing practices and organizing games; high school, college or professional coaching experience preferred.
