Mid-Market Account Director – Healthcare Talent Solutions

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Mid-Market Account Director to serve healthcare customers with its Talent and Learning solutions. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with occasional visits to a LinkedIn office. You will act as a trusted adviser, helping clients maximize the value of LinkedIn’s products while driving growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Research customers’ businesses and prepare insightful questions before meetings.
• Ask layered, open‑ended questions to uncover objectives and challenges.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer organization, both vertically and horizontally.
• Lead with solutions rather than products, aligning recommendations with customer goals.
• Drive customer decision‑making by presenting a shared vision and clear value propositions.
• Use data and insights to support investment recommendations and address objections.
• Proactively mitigate churn risk through a customer‑centric approach.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand the value delivered to customers.
• Map key stakeholders to assess relationship strength and shape outreach strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing mid‑market accounts, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong business acumen and ability to craft and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different stakeholder needs.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets while acting with integrity.
