Mid-Level Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our in‑house creative team at a leading craft brewery. The role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working across print, digital, environmental, and product design.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute creative assets for brand touchpoints, including beer labels, packaging, and festival signage.
• Develop branding for beer releases, campaigns, events, and festivals.
• Create print and digital marketing materials such as posters, menus, POS items, ads, email graphics, and social media assets.
• Produce environmental graphics and signage for festivals and events.
• Collaborate with marketing, taproom, and sales teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Prepare production‑ready files for print vendors and manufacturing partners.
• Contribute to concept development, brainstorming, and creative strategy discussions.
• Maintain brand consistency while helping evolve the visual identity.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, print, and digital work.
• Excellent design fundamentals, typography, layout, color, and production knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for craft beer, music, food, culture, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Illustration skills.
• Motion graphics and animation experience (After Effects or similar).
