Microsoft 365 Copilot Trainer – Adoption & ROI Enablement

About the role

The Copilot Trainer will lead adoption and enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot across business personas. Acting as a functional expert, you will design and deliver training, workshops, and coaching to drive measurable productivity gains and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live virtual or in‑person training sessions covering Copilot in Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other M365 surfaces.
• Create and maintain recorded training assets, quick‑reference guides and on‑demand labs.
• Facilitate office‑hours clinics and “Change Corners” to reinforce learning and address user barriers.
• Teach prompt‑writing fundamentals, build a persona‑based prompt library and provide real‑time prompt coaching.
• Conduct day‑in‑the‑life interviews (10‑15 per program) to uncover workflows and identify high‑impact use cases.
• Lead design‑thinking workshops to map user journeys, pinpoint friction points and translate insights into targeted adoption campaigns.
• Stay current with evolving Copilot features and continuously integrate new capabilities into training materials.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot and its integration across core apps.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate business processes into practical AI use cases.
• Learning agility to keep pace with rapid product updates.
