Merchandising Representative

About the role

Celsius is looking for an energetic Merchandising Representative to act as the brand ambassador across grocery, specialty, health‑club, and convenience stores in the assigned market. This field‑based position requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, a passion for the product, and the ability to manage shelf space, displays, and in‑store promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives, including new floor displays and signage.
• Visit target accounts, negotiate PDQ placement, end‑cap displays, and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Maintain product stock in shelves, cold vaults, and stand‑alone coolers according to brand guidelines.
• Rotate backstock, ensure proper merchandising flow, and support new store openings.
• Conduct product demos on request and capture weekly photo documentation.
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager.

Required profile

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR screening.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to represent the Celsius brand positively.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
