Merchandiser – Central Denver Metro

About the role

Breakthru Beverage is looking for a hands‑on Merchandiser to showcase our beverage brands across the Central Denver Metro area. You will build displays, manage inventory, and ensure product placement aligns with brand standards while working a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and manage POS materials.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, and seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item situations.
• Continuously learn beer, wine, and spirit knowledge for our brands.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• 21 years of age or older, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and lift 45‑65 lb.

• $20.00 per hour base pay.
• $2,400 annual car allowance and company‑issued gas card.
