Men's Buyer – Fashion Merchandising

About the role

The Men's Buyer will shape merchandising strategies for both full‑price stores and e‑commerce channels, driving sales, margin, and inventory efficiency. You will blend trend insight with data‑driven analysis to create high‑performing product assortments that meet consumer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead merchandising strategy for stores and e‑commerce, delivering consumer‑focused assortments and volume drivers.
• Partner with Global Merchandising and Planning to launch seasonal initiatives and inform future product development.
• Own the full product life‑cycle, including markdowns, RTVs, allocations, replenishment, and deliveries.
• Analyze weekly and quarterly sales data, identify opportunities, and present actionable plans.
• Collaborate with stores, visual merchandising, and e‑commerce teams to drive sales, provide product training, and meet KPIs.
• Work closely with field teams to tailor assortments to market needs.
• Develop, coach, and mentor the Assistant Buyer.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of buying experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Specific experience buying men’s categories.
• Background in luxury or contemporary fashion brands.
• Multi‑channel retail experience (store and online).
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
