Mechanical Supervisor (90% Travel)

About the role

The Mechanical Supervisor will lead electrical installation crews and subcontractors across customer sites, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and schedule commitments while minimizing downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate electrical cut‑ins, equipment replacements, system upgrades, and retrofit installations in operational facilities.
• Monitor installation progress, manpower utilization, quality performance, and schedule adherence, providing regular project updates.
• Lead daily site meetings, stand‑ups, and project reviews, and coordinate outage windows and commissioning activities with project managers and other teams.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel up to 100% to customer locations, including short‑notice travel.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and off‑shift hours as required.
• Physical ability to walk, climb, crawl, squat, bend, push, pull, lift up to 50 lb and work safely at heights in industrial environments.
