Marketing Intern – Prestige Brands

About the role

Join Puig’s New York marketing team as a Marketing Intern focused on Prestige fragrance brands such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera, and Rabanne. You will gain hands‑on experience in brand development, market analysis, and day‑to‑day operational support within a fast‑moving beauty environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor competitive trends and analyse market sales data, including ad‑hoc NPD requests.
• Interpret monthly sell‑out results and communicate performance insights to Global Teams.
• Assist in executing the Prestige 360 marketing plan (project briefs, code management, product information documents).
• Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales Operations to ensure seasonal marketing tools are communicated effectively.
• Coordinate with global colleagues to order and organise comps, lab samples, and first production pieces.
• Manage product requirements for advertising, ensuring copy and pricing accuracy.
• Support administrative tasks such as purchase order and sample management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑month commitment with three days per week onsite (9 am‑5 pm).
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant background, preferably in marketing.
• Strong passion for the beauty and fragrance industry.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time‑management abilities.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment and an entrepreneurial mindset.
