Marketing Intern, Global Promotions

About the role

Join Moroccanoil’s Global Promotions team as a Marketing Intern and support the creation and execution of worldwide promotional and gifting initiatives. Working directly with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving beauty brand while contributing to strategic campaigns that reach consumers across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the monthly Promotions Calendar and internal bulletins.
• Research and monitor competitor promotions, identifying white‑space opportunities for new concepts.
• Produce and own the Global Promotion Monthly Competitive Report.
• Coordinate photography for pack shots of new promotional kits, both saleable and non‑saleable.
• Manage approvals, kick‑offs, and internal requests related to promotions.
• Organize and keep the Product Closet stocked with all promotional kit samples and related SKU items.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Exceptional proofreading and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Strong project‑management and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Proactive, independent, and able to prioritize tasks while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment and collaborating cross‑functionally.
