Market Research Consultant – Remote (EST)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Market Research Consultant to support a leading pharmaceutical client. The role is fully remote (EST) and initially spans six months, with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify short‑term and multi‑year market research needs and develop comprehensive MR plans.
• Design, execute, and interpret quantitative and qualitative studies, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze syndicated and secondary data to measure performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Integrate multiple data sources into compelling insight stories and present findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure projects meet business objectives, regulatory standards, and budget constraints.
• Support cross‑functional analytics teams and lead without formal authority in a complex organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of market research experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of cardiology, primary care, cardiac or diabetic therapeutic areas.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory and ethical requirements for pharma research.

Required skills

• Qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies.
• Data synthesis from surveys, syndicated sources, and secondary datasets.
• Budget management and project authorization processes.
