About the role

Wilson Engineers is seeking a dynamic Market Leader to head its Reno operations. In this senior position you will guide a team of professionals, oversee daily business activities, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day firm operations and personnel in Reno.
• Own the P&L for the Reno office and drive profitability.
• Develop and execute business development strategies in partnership with senior leadership.
• Serve as primary client contact, preparing contracts, proposals, and presentations.
• Lead projects, coordinate resources, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold quality control standards.
• Monitor market, client, and technology trends and represent the firm at industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 8‑10+ years of experience in staff supervision, client relations, or project management.
• Proven leadership in the consulting industry with a track record of profitability.
• Preferably licensed in Nevada (not mandatory).

Required skills

• PMP certification
• Construction Management experience
• Water/wastewater engineering knowledge (plus)
