Manufacturing Technician II – First Shift

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician you will work hands‑on in a cleanroom environment building and testing multimillion‑dollar display and wafer‑fabrication equipment. You’ll be responsible for constructing, repairing and testing electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic assemblies.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists to build, repair, and test electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic assemblies.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs while identifying and correcting errors.
• Operate test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and document results.
• Enter progress, expense, and labor data into computer systems and may perform computer programming or software updates.
• Conduct parts audits to ensure availability and inspect for defects, contributing to process improvements.

Required profile

• Developed analytical skills and application of scientific methods for problem solving.
• Good understanding of how the team integrates with other functions.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
