Manufacturing Technician II – 2nd Shift

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician II on the 2nd shift, you will work hands‑on in a cleanroom environment building, repairing, and testing multimillion‑dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment. The role supports the production of advanced semiconductor chips and displays that power AI and next‑generation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Use work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists to build, repair, and test electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs under moderate supervision.
• Receive parts, conduct audits, inspect for defects, and improve processes.
• Operate test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to validate assemblies.
• Complete required documentation, including data entry on progress, labor, and expenses; perform computer programming, repairs, or software installs when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of semiconductor or display experience, or comparable industry or military experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.

Required skills

• Electro‑mechanical assembly.
• Use of electronic measurement equipment.
• Leak detection and vacuum pump operation.
• Computer programming for equipment testing or software installation.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
