Manufacturing Supervisor – Quapaw, OK

About the role

3M is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team in Quapaw, OK. You will ensure a safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing environment while collaborating with global 3M colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Model and enforce safe work practices, identify and resolve safety issues.
• Prioritize work and allocate assignments to meet daily production targets using lean management.
• Monitor production rates, yields, and product quality; communicate results and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees on the shop floor, oversee training, recognize performance, and participate in hiring.
• Support plant leadership by covering off‑shifts, being on‑call, and representing the plant in cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years manufacturing experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a private, public, government, or military setting is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 5 % domestically; relocation may be authorized.
