Manufacturing Controls Electrician – High‑Speed Production

If you are passionate about maintenance and troubleshooting while working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, Anheuser‑Busch could be your next step. Our Maintenance Electricians work independently or in teams to ensure high‑speed production equipment runs at peak quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC‑ and variable‑speed‑drive‑controlled high‑speed production equipment and batch processes.
• Maintain plant power distribution and perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of equipment using precision measurement tools.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, document work in SAP, and prioritize tasks around production schedules.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects and support brewery goals through data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; 3 + years of industrial electrical/programming experience (or two‑year technical degree).
• Experience with PLC platforms such as Allen Bradley (PLC5, ControlLogix) and Siemens, plus knowledge of VFDs, servo motors, and motor control systems up to 480 V.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, perform calibrations, and conduct root‑cause analysis.

• Starting wage $40.74 per hour, increasing to $41.44 after 60‑day probation.
