About the role

The Sales Training Manager works within the Field Coaching & Development department to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for Field Sales Managers and Sales Representatives across the South Florida market. This hybrid position blends on‑site collaboration in Miramar with remote work, ensuring the sales team receives consistent coaching and development.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement targeted training programs aligned with strategic sales objectives.
  • Conduct onboarding training for new hires and ongoing development for the entire sales staff.
  • Partner with leadership to design and roll out new training methods for Field Sales Managers and Representatives.
  • Schedule and lead “work‑with” sessions to drive market success and coach trainers on the Breakthru Way of Selling.
  • Provide coaching, career development support, and performance feedback to sales associates.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align training with business goals.
  • Analyze training needs, measure effectiveness, and present data‑driven recommendations.
  • Serve as liaison between supplier trainers and Breakthru for training requirements.
  • Participate in interviews, succession planning, and career pathing initiatives.
  • Assist with sales meetings and ensure safe, responsible interactions with the public.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in people management.
  • Proficient PC skills with strong command of Microsoft Office and presentation software.
  • Results‑oriented with excellent verbal and written communication, diplomacy, and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytic and reporting capabilities with sound judgment and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
