Manager, Product Experience Design

About the role

Mastercard Digital Labs is seeking a Manager of Product Experience Design to lead the creation of innovative, customer‑focused prototypes and pilots. You will work with a fast‑moving team of engineers and creatives, leveraging both traditional design methods and AI‑powered tools to turn high‑concept ideas into tangible experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Travel 15‑20% of the time to client sites across the US and occasionally abroad to run innovation workshops.
• Collaborate with clients to understand problems, define design approaches, and produce sketches, flows, wireframes, visual designs, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Integrate AI‑generated content and prototyping tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
• Prepare research, materials, and deliverables before events and finalize outputs after each engagement.
• Support longer‑term UX engagements, including expert reviews, heuristic assessments, and iterative design cycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in user experience or product design, preferably in a fast‑paced, innovation‑focused environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly and work on‑site with client teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear design solutions.
