Manager III – PVD Test Operations Management

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, motivate, direct, develop and train a team of production employees, assigning work and setting priorities.
• Provide technical expertise and managerial leadership while communicating daily crossovers and build/test issues across all manufacturing levels.
• Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity and material requirements.
• Lead operational meetings, establish process consistency, and align tactical and strategic plans.
• Develop and track performance metrics to improve cycle‑time performance and schedule milestone meetings.
• Ensure timely response to operational issues impacting customer satisfaction and drive corrective actions.
• Promote safety by ensuring all employees receive required Environmental, Health and Safety training and comply with safety policies.
• Develop personnel through training, career development, performance management, hiring, rewards and discipline processes.
• Analyze and plan for maximum production capacity, implement processes that collect and report key measurement data, and drive Lean, Safety and Quality initiatives.
