About the role
Regeneron is seeking a Manager to join its Global Partnerships & Trial Optimization team. In this remote, US‑based position you will lead study‑level activities that shape clinical development strategy, study concepts, protocols and operational plans. You will also build and maintain relationships with external experts to gather country‑ and disease‑specific intelligence for trial design and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with CROs and internal teams during feasibility studies to validate enrollment rates, start‑up timelines and budget assumptions.
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics function to identify central data sources, define curation assumptions and develop data‑driven insights for protocol design.
- Articulate country‑level feasibility data to support strategic decision‑making.
- Manage country landscape assessments and collect targeted feasibility information for early operational evaluation.
- Provide functional input for vendor qualification, selection and relationship management.
- Monitor external clinical trial developments and assess their impact on study design and execution.
- Support senior managers in preparing feasibility deliverables and priority investigator lists.
Required profile
- BS/BA required; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in the life‑sciences industry or pharma consulting, with a strong background in operationalizing global clinical development programs from first‑in‑human to post‑approval.
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience using data to inform clinical strategy and solve sophisticated business questions.
- Specific experience managing feasibility strategy and execution for hematology and/or oncology trials.
