About the role
The Manager, Core HR & Mobility Process Design & Optimization Lead is responsible for designing, optimizing, and continuously improving global Core HR and mobility‑related processes to ensure data integrity, compliance, auditability, and consistency across the employee life cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize end‑to‑end Core HR and mobility processes, covering employee data management, job changes, organizational updates, global transfers, expatriation, repatriation, and related integrations.
- Apply leading‑practice process architecture, documentation, and enablement frameworks in partnership with HR Operations, Mobility, Technology, Payroll, and Risk teams.
- Define scalable standards, controls, and metrics to guarantee reliable HR data and mobility outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with HR Operations and Mobility leadership to translate strategy into compliant, repeatable processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR process design, mobility, or related global HR functions.
- Strong ability to align with cross‑functional leaders and drive process compliance and auditability.
- Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and continuous improvement.
