Maintenance Technician – Warehouse Facility

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to join Walmart’s distribution warehouse in Sharon Springs, NY. The role focuses on keeping all facility equipment operating safely and efficiently, with weekend shifts as part of the schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC and other warehouse systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used and downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Walmart’s drug‑free workplace policy.
• Assist with seasonal or special‑project premiums as required.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with willingness to work weekend shifts.
• Experience in warehouse or industrial maintenance environments.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced distribution setting.
