Maintenance Technician – The Park at Southside Works

About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas at The Park at Southside Works meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose defects, determine causes and carry out repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creation of punch lists.
- Schedule and coordinate vendor services as needed to address maintenance tasks.
Required profile
- Technical and mechanical aptitude to perform building maintenance tasks.
- Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards and regulatory codes.
