Maintenance Technician for a 12‑hour night shift at Oceanspray in Henderson. The role involves troubleshooting complex equipment, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. A $2000 signing bonus is offered.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex equipment and interpret manuals and work orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety procedures.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and diagnostic checks on production equipment.
- Prioritize work orders, including preventive and corrective maintenance as needed.
- Participate in daily maintenance projects, overhauls, and follow‑up checks on repairs.
- Report safety and operational hazards to EHS and generate work orders for resolution.
- Maintain inventory supplies for projects and report on progress, schedules, and interruptions.
- Support development of maintenance SOPs and short‑ and long‑range plans.
