Maintenance Technician – La Vista

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at the La Vista community in Santa Maria. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to keep the property, its amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and carry out repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Prepare units for new residents (“make‑ready”) following turn‑over renovations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and update work order systems.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience, preferably with turn‑renovation and work‑order environments.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am–6 pm.
• Ability to work independently on‑site while adhering to safety protocols.
