Maintenance Supervisor – Solana Lakewood

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the technical and mechanical operations at the Solana Lakewood community. The role ensures that all interior and exterior areas, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common spaces, are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities and coordinate service requests from residents.
• Diagnose and repair defects in accordance with company policies, safety standards and local codes.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance staff, scheduling work and ensuring timely completion of work orders.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ensure that all community areas are presented in a clean, safe and attractive condition.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance operations in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations and code compliance.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a team and communicate effectively with residents and management.
