Maintenance Supervisor for Hampton Greens Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the Hampton Greens community remains safe, functional, and attractive for residents. Based on a 16‑acre campus with 326 units, the role involves overseeing both interior and exterior maintenance activities while adhering to Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, diagnose, and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep of building interiors, exteriors, grounds, and common‑area amenities.
• Identify the source of defects or problems and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs while supervising on‑site work.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify that all facilities meet operational and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling residential or commercial maintenance work orders.
• Strong ability to diagnose mechanical or structural issues and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes applicable to multifamily properties.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
