Maintenance Supervisor – Arcadia (Veranda Falls)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Arcadia community at Veranda Falls. The role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities to ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in a residential community setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage vendor relationships.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.
