Maintenance Manager – 1st Shift

About the role

The Maintenance Manager leads the site’s maintenance function, ensuring plant assets are safe, reliable and meet operational targets. The role drives continuous improvement, manages a multidisciplinary team and guarantees compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define, propose and monitor Maintenance & Improvement (M&I) plans, budgets and performance indicators.
• Lead, develop and motivate the M&I team, ensuring competencies and motivation align with business goals.
• Implement Consequence Driven Maintenance (CDM) and Asset & Maintenance Management (AMM) to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with production, quality and engineering to resolve technical issues and optimise planned maintenance.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of food‑processing equipment maintenance and hygienic engineering requirements.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, including budget and team management.
