Maintainer – High-Speed Manufacturing Equipment

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair high‑speed manufacturing equipment.
• Prioritize operation and maintenance across multiple pieces of equipment.
• Perform quality checks and record results in automated quality control systems.
• Interpret production data to drive quality and productivity decisions.
• Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on process equipment.
• Maintain the work area according to sanitation, housekeeping, and safety standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of industrial experience, preferably in high‑speed manufacturing or packaging.
• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work rotating 12‑hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed.
• Strong attendance record and overall work history.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
