Machine Learning Engineer - Marketing Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy models that power consumer insights, personalization and data‑driven decision‑making for a leading entertainment brand. The role is fully remote and will collaborate with data science, product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and maintain machine learning models for consumer analytics, including user behavior, segmentation and recommendation systems.
• Work with large‑scale datasets to extract insights that improve customer engagement and retention.
• Partner with data engineers to create and optimise data pipelines for ML workflows.
• Translate product and business requirements into scalable ML solutions.
• Evaluate model performance, monitor, and iterate to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to best practices in ML engineering such as testing, monitoring and documentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in machine learning, data science or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Strong background in consumer analytics, user behavior modelling, personalization or recommendation systems.
• Ability to work with large datasets and distributed systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
