Logistics Technician I – 2nd Shift (Onsite)

About the role

Moog is seeking a Logistics Technician I to join its Space and Defense Group on a 2nd‑shift, onsite schedule in the Buffalo, NY area. The role supports inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth movement, storage, and control of materials and finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Support inventory and warehouse functions, including finished‑goods storage, demand planning, and cycle counting.
• Assist with movement, storage, and inventory control of materials, tools, and packaging.
• Help manage import/export processes and customs documentation.
• Provide shipping and receiving support as needed.
• Execute inventory control procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Operate various material‑handling and warehouse equipment safely.
• Utilize Moog Business Systems and Microsoft Office for reporting and tracking.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to follow verbal, written, and computer instructions in English.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, or stockroom activities is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience operating material‑handling or warehouse equipment.
