Logistics Technician II

About the role

Moog is seeking a Logistics Technician II to support its Commercial Aircraft Group in East Aurora, NY. The role involves hands‑on material handling, inventory control, and coordination with production and repair teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and kits.

Key responsibilities

• Perform material delivery, kit pull, stocking, receiving, and packaging operations.
• Receive, count, label, and store parts accurately using internal business systems.
• Prioritize daily hardware processing tasks and meet production targets.
• Communicate with shop leads, engineering, quality, and customer service to resolve issues.
• Handle emergencies, coordinate evacuations, and answer shift‑wide communications.
• Utilize lift carts and cranes for heavy‑weight items as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Minimum three years of material handling or logistics experience.
• Valid New York State driver’s license.
• Willingness to work overtime and on a first‑shift schedule.
