Logistics Manager – Inbound & Outbound Operations

About the role

The Logistics Manager will support S&S Activewear’s inbound and outbound logistics across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. This individual‑contributor role focuses on day‑to‑day execution, systems administration, carrier relationship management and operational support while working remotely within standard business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee ERP and Transportation Management System (TMS) inputs and generate accurate reporting.
• Maintain data accuracy for carrier rates, routing configurations and performance metrics.
• Execute inbound and outbound freight across parcel, LTL, truckload and regional carriers.
• Monitor carrier service levels, shipment visibility and manage exception reporting to ensure timely deliveries.
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or transportation operations.
• Familiarity with ERP and TMS platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for carrier meetings.
