Logistics Coordinator (Bilingual)

About the role

Eastland Food is seeking a bilingual Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimize its supply chain operations. The role involves coordinating shipments, managing warehouse stock, and ensuring smooth communication with suppliers, retailers, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain activities, including shipment planning and stock replenishment.
• Recruit, schedule, and supervise logistics staff such as truck drivers based on availability and demand.
• Maintain accurate warehouse logs, order records, and generate reports for senior management.
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to secure profitable deals and ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Utilize logistics IT systems and ERP software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a logistics coordinator, with strong organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English and Spanish or Chinese (Thai preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
