Licensed Survey Office Technician (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking a Permanent Licensed Survey Office Technician to join our dynamic engineering team. In this position you will support a variety of site‑development projects, applying modern surveying methods and cutting‑edge software to deliver accurate data and design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive land surveys using advanced equipment and software.
• Utilize Bentley OpenRoads Designer to design, simulate, and analyze project outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain precise records, maps, and survey reports.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure project specifications and safety regulations are met.
• Assist in developing and executing site‑development plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field survey teams.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry developments and best practices.

Required profile

• Valid Land Surveying license.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in land surveying and site development.
• Strong understanding of modern survey methods, devices, and site‑development processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Bentley OpenRoads Designer (or similar surveying/design software).
